    "Hi Dr. Mittag,

    I just wanted to inform you that since I started using the Vitalisom AM and PM last month in February, 2010 I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality and length of my sleep.

    To monitor my quality of sleep which was always a challenge for me, I have been using a special sleep monitoring device called ZEO.

    This devise tracks the length and quality of my sleep by measuring, among others, how much time I was in deep sleep and in REM sleep as well as how many times I woke up during the night and then it gives a general score called ZQ.
